Challenge
The operator had a strong telco distribution arm and zero in-app financial UX. The existing legacy stack was a vendor-locked monolith that couldn't ship a feature in less than a quarter.
Solution
We picked Apache Fineract as the ledger, built an event-driven services layer around it for KYC, payments and notifications, and wrapped it with a Flutter app. The presales-to-delivery handoff was compressed by writing the architecture doc and the SoW in the same week.
